Management of backup and data recovery strategies Provide user support, resolve technical issues, and ensure system security and performance, contributing to the company's operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform server maintenance in response to instability in the education system, including verification of backup routines and file integrity; * Configure hardware and install software and drivers on desktops and notebooks assigned to employees or units; * Provide on-site or remote support as needed by employees, resolving issues or delivering the best solution; * Register new employees upon request through the system; * Register and configure desktops or notebooks for new employees or laboratories; * Block or unblock employees upon system request; * Support events at units, providing technical assistance to ensure optimal performance and proper operation; * Accompany units in their systemic processes, providing necessary support; * Transfer equipment upon system request; * Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clarify system-related questions; * Assist in transporting hardware to units, responding to managers' requests and unit needs; * Register new equipment via the system; * Perform on-site printer maintenance and configuration, and when necessary, forward to the authorized service provider for replacement; * Register and catalog hardware and peripherals, transferring\-them to the warehouse as reserves. * Perform user and departmental file backups, ensuring information security, integrity, and availability; Configure electronic monitoring systems, ensuring proper camera and recorder functionality, as well as executing backup, storage, and image recovery routines whenever necessary. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Information Technology or ongoing undergraduate studies in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields. * Agile methodologies * Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS * Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, routing, and configuration * Experience in hardware, software, and server maintenance, installation, and configuration * Experience in security practices, including malware protection, firewalls, and security policies * Experience implementing and managing backup and data recovery strategies * Experience with tools and techniques for efficient remote support **Additional Information** * Number of positions: 01 position * Work location: SESI/SENAI Benedito Bentes Integrated Unit * Selection process stages: Screening, specific test, HR interview, and manager interview.
