This professional will play a key role in organizing, analyzing, and governing data sourced from multiple channels, directly contributing to the optimization of business processes and outcomes. #### **Responsibilities** * Analyze and interpret data from multiple channels, ensuring traceability, integrity, and consistency of information. * Develop advanced analyses and analytical models to support strategic decision-making. * Create, automate, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in **Power BI**, focused on actionable insights. * Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to ensure data quality and governance. * Define, implement, and monitor **KPIs and metrics** for performance across different channels. * Document data flows, ensuring governance, auditability, and adherence to Data Governance best practices. * Explore large volumes of data (Big Data) to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Apply **Data Analytics and Machine Learning** techniques to descriptive and predictive analyses. #### **Requirements** * Solid experience in **Data Analysis and Visualization**, with proficiency in **Power BI**. * Knowledge of relational databases, especially **PostgreSQL**, and handling large volumes of data. * Experience with **Data Governance**, data traceability, and data quality. * Strong analytical capability to transform raw data into practical business insights. * Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling. * Experience with **ETL**, data integration, and building analytical pipelines. * Good communication skills and ability to translate technical analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. #### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience applying **Machine Learning** and **Artificial Intelligence** to analytical data. * Certifications in **Power BI** or other BI tools. * Knowledge of programming languages such as **Python and/or R**. * Experience with **Big Data** tools and cloud platforms (**AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud**). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.** * Contract type: PJ (active CNPJ required) * Own equipment * **100% REMOTE POSITION** Join a dynamic ecosystem and be part of the market revolution!
