Role Responsibilities: * Learning Paths: Design and implement hybrid and digital development paths (onboarding and continuous education) focused on sales team performance. * Metrics Management: Monitor training KPIs (engagement, completion rates, scores) and correlate them with commercial results to assess performance. * Learning Journey: Oversee our team’s experience on the learning platform (LMS), ensuring content reaches end users in a simple and engaging way. * Content Creation: Use tools to rapidly and effectively develop scripts, videos, and knowledge capsules. * Internal Consulting: Support sales leadership by identifying bottlenecks within the team and proposing learning-based solutions. Role Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in training and development, specifically focused on sales teams. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Educational Technology, Data Science, or related fields. * Analytical and data organization skills: Familiarity with Excel and spreadsheet tools to structure information, track adoption and engagement metrics, generate recurring reports, and support analysis of training initiative outcomes. * Platform familiarity: Comfort using learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and digital tools. * Content creation: Knowledge of instructional design principles and content creation tools. * Communication: Ability to translate complex topics into simple, didactic content. * Basic English * Knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to Training & Development. * Certifications in Learning Analytics.
