Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain and enhance medium-complexity technical practices with moderate supervision and minimal support, by developing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project; * Understand the software architecture and be capable of operating within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create medium-complexity tests—manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of the developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording development activities in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Ensure software quality by reviewing available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Guide junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing your knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Detail low- and medium-complexity requirements through direct contact with customers and departments involved in the project or support; * Use predefined frameworks for solution development.
