Job Summary: The technician will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of electro-electronic and telecommunications equipment, performing repairs, installations, and tests, and taking responsibility for self-development. Focuses on self-development and competence maintenance IT2B PROFILE: Junior ICT Technician; WORK HOURS: 09:00 to 18:48; BASE ADDRESS CAT: RUA RIO JAVARI, Nº 68, NOSSA SENHORA DAS GRAÇAS; WILL OPERATE IN TR \- Eirunepé; PREFERRED TO RESIDE IN Eirunepé \- AM. OBS: The candidate will be hired based in Manaus\- AM but will work in Eirunepé \- AM. OBS: Will serve TR \- Eirunepé and surrounding areas; preference for candidates residing in Eirunepé \- AM. After approximately 90 days from hiring, a BBTS fleet vehicle will be provided for service visits. After approximately 90 days from hiring, a BBTS fleet vehicle will be provided for service visits. The technician is entitled to reimbursement for vehicle custody and care, capped at BRL 600.00, upon submission of invoices for garage rental and vehicle washing. No reimbursement will be granted if the employee stores the vehicle at home or washes it using personal means. Until the fleet vehicle is assigned, all travel must be conducted exclusively via public transportation. Use of personal vehicles is not permitted. EDUCATION: Diploma certifying completion of high school or equivalent, issued by an educational institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), State Secretariats of Education, or State Councils of Education; courses registered with the respective professional council; qualification aligned with the professional profile and equivalent to the National Catalog of Technical High School Courses – CNCT (3rd Edition, CNE/CEB Resolution No. 01/2014), under the Industrial Control and Processes Axis: Electronics Technician, Electro-Electronics Technician, or Industrial Automation Technician; or under the Information and Communication Axis: Information Technology Technician, Information Technology Maintenance and Support Technician, Computer Networks Technician, Transmission Systems Technician, or Telecommunications Technician. A driver's license (CNH) Class B may be required. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 1 to 3 (one to three) years in activities related to the service position. Repair technicians are preferably required to have hands-on laboratory bench-level component replacement experience. Main Responsibilities: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, devices, and materials entrusted to them; Fulfill assigned service orders; Take responsibility for self-development and maintaining required competency levels for performed tasks; Collect, replenish, or replace supplies or parts in electro-electronic equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; Perform maintenance procedures on electro-electronic devices and equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; Conduct functionality tests on components and/or equipment; Install/configure systems in equipment; Dismantle and retrofit components and equipment; Perform other duties related to repair routines; Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher
