Shape, assemble, and bake or fry savory snacks, ensuring appropriate flavor, texture, and appearance. Monitor production quantities to avoid waste and ensure product availability for sale. Store ingredients and finished products correctly to guarantee hygiene and preservation. Assist customers when necessary, providing information about products and possible variations. Comply with hygiene, food safety regulations, and internal supermarket procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, utensils, and equipment used. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Pastry Assistant, or Food Production Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
