Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, mapping, standardizing, and continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Map, review, and document processes, identifying improvements 2. Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies 3. Develop management reports for performance monitoring Analyze, map, standardize, and continuously improve organizational processes to achieve operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and support departments in implementing best practices * Map, review, and document existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose solutions to optimize results; * Structure workflows, procedures, and work instructions clearly and consistently; * Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for new processes; * Support departments in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma); * Monitor process execution and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards; * Develop management reports for performance monitoring and process evolution; * Participate in meetings with other departments and senior management; * Deliver training on newly adopted procedures and practices.
