As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across different areas of the company, helping ensure internal processes run efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute delivery routes according to planning to deliver products to customers; * Record invoices related to fleet maintenance; * Monitor product deliveries to customers; * Provide customer service and handle scheduling requests; * Complete shipping checklists; * Monitor truck refueling, among other tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * A bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics is a plus; * Prior experience in the role. **Additional Information** * Additional benefits such as medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub and Telemedicine services; Pharmacy and Crediffato partnerships. * Dialli Distribuidora began operations in 1998, founded by Adelino Favoreto Junior, who, through hard work and determination, transformed it into a solid and consistent group.
