Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for managing IT infrastructure, resolving software/hardware issues, performing preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment, and providing user and network support. Providing IT support and managing IT supplies **Job Description:** Responding to requests received via email, helpdesk tickets (GLPI / Milvus), and phone calls; Resolving issues related to software or infrastructure; Maintaining computers (laptops, desktops, all-in-ones) and printers; Installing and configuring printers and scanners; Installing and configuring telephony systems (3CX); Configuring computers for new employees; Installing company-standard software; Creating user accounts for email, Active Directory (AD), VPN, etc.; Setting up shared folders on file servers; Identifying and resolving machine connectivity issues on internal or external networks; Resetting passwords in the Command system; Managing computers across branch offices and headquarters; Distinguishing leased machines from company-owned machines; Managing company printers; Managing toner supplies; Identifying machines requiring antivirus, Office, Windows, and other updates; Scheduling periodic maintenance; Performing preventive maintenance on computers and IT equipment; Performing corrective maintenance on computers and IT equipment; Installing and configuring printers; Installing, updating, and configuring software; Managing IT supplies; Providing user support; Providing Level 1 and Level 2 network support. **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of networking; Computer software; Basic knowledge of Linux is desirable; Computer hardware. **Benefits:** * Tuition assistance * Conexa Saúde health plan * Pharmacy benefit program * Gympass fitness membership * Unimed health insurance plan – co-payment based * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance / food voucher * Transportation allowance
