




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising the entry and exit of people, controlling traffic flow, identifying and guiding visitors, as well as receiving materials and recording incidents. Communication, incident reporting, and equipment operation. * Monitor the entry and exit of people and other irregularities; * Control the flow of people, identifying, guiding, and directing them to their desired destinations; * Accompany people and goods; constant supervision and/or guidance is required when necessary to guide visitors, customers, and service providers, and to inform them about rules and procedures; * Conduct preventive post-theft approaches; * Identify and direct people to their desired locations; * Monitor the movement of visitors and/or service providers; * Receive materials and equipment (receive delivery personnel, verify documentation for received goods, inspect materials, examine the condition of materials and equipment, receive parcels and correspondence, request materials, and monitor product deliveries); * Communicate (deliver messages, draft reports, record incidents); * Observe people's movement and behavior; * Operate radios and telephones; * Turn lighting systems and equipment on and off at the workplace; * Contact third-party companies, police, and fire departments. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday during business hours, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.
