Systemic and strategic thinking for optimization Key Responsibilities: Scheduling raw material purchases, determining supplier payment methods (purchasing calendar), and verifying delivery timelines (tracking); Forecasting raw material consumption based on average consumption curve × commercial projection (sell-in) × growth estimate; Daily verification of raw material inventory and control of stock reductions and receipts; Prioritizing production orders based on ABC curve (projection); Printing production orders; Coordinating team activities and prioritizing tasks by skill × individual productivity analysis; Leading the production team; Chrono-analysis of each batch/product; Tracking commercial order flow (in coordination with the sales team).
