Management and development of high-performance teams **Mission:** Lead and define the Production Planning and Control (PCP) strategy, ensuring long-term alignment among demand forecasting, production capacity, and inventory management, with the objective of optimizing costs, maximizing operational efficiency, and ensuring delivery of results aligned with the company’s strategic goals. **Experience:** Proven, solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP) in a leadership role (Coordination or Management). Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical industry is desirable. **Education:** **Minimum:** Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Desirable:** Postgraduate qualification (MBA or specialization) in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Business Management. **Knowledge:** Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), supply chain management, strategic production planning, proficiency in PCP methodologies (MRP, MRP II, Kanban), long-term production capacity analysis, team leadership and development, continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma — strategic level), advanced ERP systems, BI tools. **Responsibilities:** * Define the strategy and lead the entire PCP function, establishing goals, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company. * Lead the SOP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, integrating sales forecasts with production and procurement plans. * Supervise and ensure the efficiency of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed production scheduling, optimizing sequencing and resource utilization. * Conduct long-term production capacity studies (Capacity Planning), supporting investment decisions regarding machinery, technology, and infrastructure. * Lead, develop, and manage the PCP team (analysts, coordinators), defining goals, evaluating performance, and fostering a high-performance environment. * Act as a mentor for the team, ensuring technical and behavioral development of team members. * Define and manage inventory management policy (raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods), establishing safety stock levels and optimizing working capital. * Develop and present managerial and strategic reports to senior management, including critical performance analyses (KPIs) and recommendations for decision-making. * Manage the maintenance and production department budget, analyzing costs and leading initiatives for optimization and expense reduction. * Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) within planning and production processes. * Ensure strategic alignment and smooth communication with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and Production departments. * Ensure all production planning complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards. * Represent the PCP department in strategic meetings and management committees. * Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures; * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and training sessions when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Perform duties in accordance with Maxinutri’s culture and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are manufactured and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions to ensure Food Safety, in line with Maxinutri’s culture, applying established Food Defense and Food Fraud standards defined by the Quality Department; * Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which establishes internal norms, guidelines, and rules.
