Issue resolution: Quickly resolve any challenges arising during operations. Mediation and liaison: Communicate\-with sales and immediate management to ensure alignment and efficiency. Adaptability to workflows and processes: Follow and internalize company-established procedures. Interpersonal relationships: Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners. Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of logistics and customer service are essential for this role, as are strong interpersonal skills.
