Job Summary: Professional to coordinate night shift production teams, plan processes, supervise activities, train teams, and ensure safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support for continuous improvement and new production methods **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate production teams during the night shift. * Plan and monitor production process flow, progress, and results; * Assign and supervise tasks, train teams with focus on quality and production, track EGA production indicators, and ensure goal achievement; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, applying the 5S methodology in production areas; * Support continuous improvement and implementation of new production methods. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related fields; * Proven prior experience in this role; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Management Systems (ISO) and technical quality standards; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of industrial processes (experience in plastic industry will be considered a plus) * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and results orientation; Sector * Mining Employment Type Full-time Edit job description Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$1\.695,01 \- R$4\.852,89 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher
