Job Summary: Mini loader operator responsible for operating machinery on highway construction and paving projects, performing sweeping, spreading, and material handling. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in highway construction and paving projects 2. Proper operation of machine controls 3. Ensuring the equipment operates properly Work will be conducted on highway construction and paving projects. Operate a mini loader by controlling its commands, gears, steering, and bucket elevation to sweep road surfaces, spread, excavate, and move soil, stones, sand, gravel, and/or similar materials. Responsible for correctly operating machine controls and ensuring proper equipment functionality. REQUIREMENTS Flexible working hours. Willingness to travel and stay on-site. Valid Brazilian driver's license — Category C or D. Relevant training or course completion.
