Job Summary: Analyst responsible for creating, validating, and maintaining logistics routes and travel plans, supporting logistics coordinators, and ensuring efficiency in transportation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the Transportation Management System (TMS) always up to date 2. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure transportation efficiency 3. Provide support to logistics coordinators Create, validate, and perform daily maintenance of routes and travel plans in the system. Register customer geographic area boundary polygons. Provide support to logistics coordinators regarding routes and polygon registration. Address requests from involved departments for route corrections. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, tracking, maintenance) to ensure efficiency and quality in the transportation process. Keep the Transportation Management System (TMS) and other tools used by the department always up to date. Perform other related activities as needed and/or upon request from the immediate supervisor.
