Description
**Contract Model: RPA (Temporary Project \- 10 weeks)**
**Work Model: Hybrid work in Maringá (3 days per week on-site)**
#### **Role Summary**
The professional will serve as the transformation agent responsible for optimizing and monitoring end-to-end (E2E) insurance company processes (covering the journey from Broker/Partner experience to End Customer). The primary mission is to empower a group of 10–15 multipliers to identify and eliminate waste using **Lean Six Sigma** concepts and accelerate value delivery through **Agile Practices**. In this context, the candidate must possess the ability to transfer knowledge effectively and ensure multipliers apply it practically within a pilot process, subsequently replicating that knowledge across other employees.
The role focuses on optimizing operational costs and eliminating bottlenecks in high-volume corporate service pipelines.
#### **2\. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)**
* **Insurance Expertise (Core Business):**
+ Practical knowledge of key insurance value chains: **Underwriting**, **Policy Issuance**, **Claims Regulation and Settlement**, and insured-customer service workflows.
+ Understanding of the ecosystem and channels: insurance broker journey, advisory services, digital channels, and corporate portals.
+ Familiarity with sector compliance and regulatory frameworks (**SUSEP**), ensuring process optimizations meet legal audit and risk criteria.
* **Lean Six Sigma \& BPM:**
+ **Green Belt** certification (minimum requirement)
+ Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping (**VSM**) to identify waste and bottlenecks
+ Process modeling using **BPMN 2\.0** notation (tools such as Bizagi) — desirable but not mandatory.
* **Agility \& Hybrid Models:**
+ Experience applying Agile frameworks (**Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT**) to continuous improvement and corporate service design (*Agile in Operations*).
+ Ability to operate within Squad structures or act as a bridge between Business areas (Operations/Insurance) and IT.
* **Applied Technology (Differentiators):**
+ Orientation toward **Insurtechs** and process digitization (RPA, OCR for document and report reading, workflow automation via BPMS).
+ KPI Management: creation and monitoring of operational KPIs (e.g., average claims regulation time, proposal conversion rate, SLAs, and OKRs).
#### **3\. Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)**
* **Regional Facilitation and Influence:** Ability to lead workshops (e.g., *Kaizen* or *Design Sprints*) with diverse teams, navigating and respecting local organizational culture while driving digital evolution.
* **Systems Thinking and Customer Centricity:** Capacity to view processes from the insured’s and broker’s perspectives, aiming to remove operational friction and reduce effort required by users of the insurer’s services.
* **Data-Driven Analytical Thinking:** Discipline to make decisions grounded in metrics related to volume, operational losses, and productive capacity (capacity vs. demand).
* **Resilience and Change Management:** Agility to break down corporate silos and engage traditional technical and operational teams in adopting new work standards.
#### **4\. Key Activities and Responsibilities**
* Lead improvement projects focused on **operational efficiency** and reducing cycle time (*lead time*) for policy issuance and claims payment.
* Diagnose current processes ("As\-Is"), design and implement new integrated workflows ("To\-Be") oriented toward automation and scalability.
* Facilitate continuous improvement ceremonies and train operations teams on fundamental Lean and Agile concepts.
* Analyze operational performance data to generate actionable *insights* and executive reports directed to the Operations Directorate/Superintendency.
* Identify opportunities to reduce operational risks and improve service quality delivered to sales channels.
