Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring risk events, analyzing incidents, classifying and recording events, and preparing operational reports. Key Highlights: 1. Risk event and vehicle behavior monitoring and analysis 2. Preparation of operational reports and performance indicators 3. Ensuring traceability and organization of evidence Monitor risk events identified by onboard technology systems and vehicle telematics; Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements specified in internal policies, client requirements, and legal regulations; Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and clients; Perform immediate interventions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); Issue formal notifications and impose disciplinary penalties per the current Disciplinary Action Policy; Forward incident documentation and penalty records to SSMA and relevant leadership personnel; Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and system-generated reports); Act in alignment with the company's Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines.
