




Job Summary: A professional responsible for researching, monitoring, and managing export and import services and procedures, handling logistics and customs operations, as well as managing product-related events and registrations. Opportunity for professional development within an export-oriented environment **Responsibilities**: Research service provider companies required to support exporters’ projects; Present the optimal option, provide guidance, and monitor the execution of procedures for project setup; Manage inquiries and procedures with suppliers/service providers; Address importers’ technical and procedural questions regarding products, purchasing, production, shipment, etc.; Oversee logistics and customs operations in coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, cargo agents, exporters, and importers; Prepare and dispatch shipping documents to clients and track international cargo en route to destination, keeping stakeholders updated; Manage domestic and international events; Identify product registration requirements in target countries; Submit applications, translate required documents, and compile dossiers to obtain such registrations; Manage payments for contracted services; Record exporter and client information in Bitrix24; Participate in meetings related to the Trader Export Department; Attend training sessions organized by Trader; Provide quotations and schedule sample shipments to importing customers. **Requirements**: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced English; Advanced Spanish; Prior experience in administrative support roles — customer service and/or logistics experience is a plus; Willingness to work on-site in Arapongas/PR, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits**: Commission; Meal allowance of R$22.00 per working day; Co-payment health plan (Unimed) — monthly fee fully covered by the company; Discount at partner gyms; Daily workplace gymnastics; Tuition assistance; Internal marketing initiatives.
