We are seeking committed, organized individuals with attention to detail, who can work effectively in a team and are interested in professional growth, to join our production department to fabricate, assemble, and finish aluminum boats **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Fabricate, assemble, and finish aluminum boats; Operate tools and equipment used in the production process; Assist in welding, assembly, and structural adjustment processes; Ensure service quality complies with company standards; Collaborate as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in this role or related fields; Knowledge of aluminum structure fabrication and assembly processes; Organization, responsibility, and punctuality; Attention to detail and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding is a plus. **BENEFITS:** Attendance bonus; Basic food basket; Dental plan; Production target bonus.
