This is your opportunity to take on a strategic position, responsible for ensuring production efficiency, team development, and product excellence—directly contributing to the company's results. **Responsibilities**: * Daily verification of workplace sanitation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Issuing, tracking, and closing batch and cumulative production records. * Monitoring the entire production process—from ingredient weighing to final product packaging. * Responding to and following up on internal communications, such as e\-mails and control spreadsheets. * Managing returned products, including inventory write-offs and determining appropriate disposition. * Monitoring preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Keeping all manufacturing SOPs updated across all production processes. * Supporting new product development. * Implementing and monitoring 5S practices within the department. * Analyzing efficiency, yield, and loss indicators across the entire production process. * Making quick and accurate decisions when operational issues arise. * Conducting motivational meetings to encourage teamwork and team engagement. **Requirements**: * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Basic computer skills. * Prior experience leading production teams. * Ability to plan, control, and make decisions. * Strong communication skills, discipline, and focus on results. * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with performance, quality, and continuous improvement indicators. **What We Offer**: * Collaborative work environment focused on professional development. * Opportunity for growth and talent development. * Active participation in strategic and continuous improvement processes. * Recognition based on meritocracy and achieved results. * Meal Allowance * Arapongas, Paraná
