Support management in evaluating opportunities for investing excess cash, analyzing funds, securities, and strategic projects, and executing approved investments. Collaborate in planning reinvestment strategies in innovation, technology, and market expansion, ensuring budget execution and performance monitoring. Monitor and manage financial risks, such as currency volatility, inflation, and regulatory aspects, proposing preventive and mitigating actions aligned with the established strategy. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, customers, banks, and other financial institutions regarding operational and business matters. Ensure implementation and adherence to financial governance and compliance practices, including alignment with ESG principles. Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness. Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on value metrics, productivity, and innovation. Generate and analyze periodic financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) to support managerial decision-making. Prepare documents and bank reconciliations for Accounting. Control the company's accounts payable and receivable. **Requirements**: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Experience in financial and administrative routines, with experience in team coordination or supervision.
