Supporting decisions that drive employee growth and appreciation #### **About the Role:** We are looking for an HR Analyst with a focus on Compensation to strategically analyze and maintain the job and salary structure of Grupo Muffato. This person will be responsible for ensuring internal consistency and external competitiveness of compensation practices, supporting decisions that drive employee growth and appreciation. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze salary movements within the compensation structure, ensuring alignment with internal policies; * Evaluate career path movement processes across Grupo Muffato, ensuring internal consistency and balance; * Verify variable compensation tied to sales, ensuring payments comply with validated guidelines; * Conduct analyses for branch headcount adjustments, supporting strategic staffing decisions; * Review and update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational practices and structures; * Analyze structures and identify opportunities for improvement in job and compensation management processes; * Prepare and analyze reports quantifying monthly movement volumes; * Drive continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing updates and incorporating market trends. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in compensation, job evaluation, salary structures, or organizational structure analysis; * Proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheets (Intermediate or Advanced Excel); * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * Proactive profile focused on process improvement. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones.
