Job Summary: Conduct assessment and intervention for psychological and behavioral disorders, providing individual and group psychotherapy for elderly individuals. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose changes toward humanizing the institutional context. **\*EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – ASP\*** **\*POSITION: Psychologist\*** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **\*Requirements:\*** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Familiarity with the Psychologist’s Code of Ethics. * Familiarity with the Elderly Statute. * Proven experience in this role and in elderly care. * Active CRP-PR registration. **\*Main Responsibilities:\*** * Assess individual, group, and institutional behavior; * Assess and intervene in psychological and behavioral disorders, behavioral deficits, and issues related to: functional capacities; emotion and affect; cognition; motivation; * Guidance and counseling; * Individual and group psychotherapy for elderly individuals, addressing emotional and psychosocial issues; * Onboarding of new staff members; * Propose changes to situations and events that offer opportunities to humanize the institutional context; * Participation in multidisciplinary teams: conducting joint activities such as institutionalization processes, external visits, technical team meetings, and case studies; * Recreational and projective activities; * Memory and writing workshop for elderly participants of the Day Center. **\*Job Details:\*** Starting salary: R$ 3\.853,11 After gaining experience: R$ 4\.281,24 **\*Benefits Offered:\*** * Meals provided on-site (breakfast and lunch) – R$ 20.00/month deduction * Dental plan – R$ 4.00/month * Life insurance – R$ 3.88/month * Transportation allowance – 6% deduction from base salary * Day Off * Partnerships with SESCPR and UNICURITIBA Learn more about our work at: www.aspr.org.br Sincerely, HR – Ação Social do Paraná Compensation: R$3\.853,11 \- R$4\.281,24 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
