




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for evaluating and authorizing surgical processes, ensuring administrative auditing, and coordinating with medical teams and health plan operators. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail **Responsibilities and Duties** Evaluate all surgical processes; receive requests directed by scheduling and nursing teams; perform administrative auditing of all surgical processes according to contractual terms, aiming to include requests in the health plan operator system. Receive surgical requests; analyze each process and authorize it via the authorization system and surgical scheduling system. Contact the medical team if any procedural discrepancies are identified, and update the relevant system accordingly. Collaborate with the authorization team to ensure surgical process compliance. Verify the surgical schedule 72 hours before surgery together with the team and suppliers, enabling daily checklist updates in the system. Monitor elective surgical processes and review surgical materials agreed upon with health plan operators. Monitor system usage through performance indicators; generate reports for guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree * Experience in requesting, analyzing, and closing surgical requests * Experience in authorization within a hospital environment.
