Job Summary: Performs general support services for production, assisting in operations and maintaining an organized and safe workplace while ensuring process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to process and product quality Work schedule: **2nd shift** (Monday to Friday, 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM; Saturdays, 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM) **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform general support tasks within production, assisting in operations according to workload volume, following instructions and/or responding to requests from the immediate supervisor; * Maintain the workplace and equipment in an organized manner, ensuring order and cleanliness in accordance with established rules and regulations; * Comply with pre-defined safety standards during work execution, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all internal safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents; * Always ensure process and product quality by following instructions specified in work instructions and/or procedures, where applicable; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Ability to learn quickly; * Proactivity; * Flexible availability for shifts. **Benefits:** * Competitive and market-aligned remuneration; * Transportation allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Pharmacy card; * Unimed health plan; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket; * On-site company cafeteria; * Medical clinic on company premises; * Bank branch on company premises.
