Job Summary: Production Assistant to work in different shifts, responsible for supporting production operations, maintaining an organized environment, and complying with safety and quality standards. Safety and quality in processes **Production Assistant** to work during the following shifts: **1st shift** (6:00 AM to 2:20 PM from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 11:40 AM) **2nd shift** (2:20 PM to 10:35 PM from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM) **3rd shift** (10:35 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday). **Responsibilities:** * Perform production support tasks, assisting in all operations according to workload volume, following specific instructions and/or responding to requests from immediate supervisors; * Maintain workplace and equipment organization, ensuring order and cleanliness in accordance with established rules and regulations; * Comply with predetermined safety standards during work execution, using required PPE and adhering to all internal safety regulations to prevent any workplace accidents; * Ensure process and product quality by following instructions and/or procedures specified in work instructions, where applicable. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Ability to learn quickly; * Proactivity; * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket; * UNIMED health plan and dental plan; * On-site cafeteria; * Medical clinic on company premises; * Bank branch on company premises.
