Administrative support and report generation **Responsibilities** Responsible for receiving and inspecting supply deliveries, requesting invoices and forwarding them to the relevant department, assisting with inventory control and maintenance, conducting quotations for materials and supplies, responding to email requests and service tickets, confirming and monitoring suppliers, entering data into spreadsheets and the management system, generating and updating departmental reports according to established quality and control specifications, delivering and distributing requested materials to each department. **Requirements**: Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Desirable**: Prior experience in procurement and inventory within the healthcare sector will be considered a plus. **Additional Instructions**: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break; Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
