




Job Summary: Specialized technical assistance and consultation on automotive products, store management, and team support, ensuring excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide specialized technical assistance and consultation to customers. 2. Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the store manager. 3. Support store organization and cash control. Serve customers by providing reliable advice and outstanding service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical guidance as needed, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to conducting sales, assist in product display management, ensuring the store’s appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash control activities and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the absence of the store manager.
