Responsibilities: * Manage daily store operations, ensuring organization and excellence in customer service; * Lead, train, and develop the sales team; * Monitor targets, KPIs, and commercial performance; * Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty; * Manage inventory, orders, and product display; * Ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and policies; * Track results and prepare managerial reports. Requirements: * Proven experience in store management and team leadership; * Strong commercial profile and goal orientation; * Skills in people management and conflict resolution; * Good communication and negotiation abilities; * Knowledge of sales metrics (KPIs); * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). Preferences: * Experience in retail / lighting / electrical supplies (optional adaptation); * Experience with aggressive targets and results-based management.
