Today, we have over 2,300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá-PR, and we operate more than 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetp** For questions regarding application to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **Administrative Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the building maintenance department; * Receive service requests and work orders; * Monitor inventory control and material intake for the department; track team productivity and generate performance indicators; prepare spreadsheets and reports; * Assist in organizing the department; * Participate in the administrative and budgetary management of the department alongside the Manager, Coordinator, and Building Maintenance Supervisor; evaluate and develop internal departmental procedures. * Manage regulatory documents, bureaucratic processes, and cost feasibility analyses for internal and external maintenance activities. * Receive, analyze, and monitor internal building maintenance service tickets; * Develop basic projects, sketches, and layouts for construction, renovation, and internal adjustments; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance and construction; * Proficiency in developing sketches, layouts, and basic projects; * Familiarity with technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar); * Knowledge of administrative processes and procurement routines; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **Technical Certification:** * Driver’s License Category B **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
