Imediatta RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Overall organization of import-related documents and spreadsheets. Shipment follow-up and system data entry. Verification and entry of import shipment documents throughout the entire process. Requesting foreign exchange settlement for invoices due. Requesting and verifying import licenses/LPCO. Order splitting and shipment tracking. Reporting and confirming cargo bookings. Requesting and monitoring cash payments to customs brokers. Entering taxes into the system. Entering shipment/expenses data for NF-e generation. Monitoring vessel berthing and cargo presence. Verifying freight costs. Previous roles such as Import Analyst, Import Coordinator, International Trade Specialist, or Import Assistant may indicate familiarity with some of the activities in this position.
