Analyze e\-commerce performance metrics and indicators (traffic, conversion, revenue, user behavior, and internal searches), identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations for various website areas, focusing on increasing conversion, usability, and user experience. Support and lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects, focusing on UX, CRO, website performance, and shopping journey efficiency. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and new initiatives for the digital channel. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Previous experience in e\-commerce operations and management, and e\-commerce platforms; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Knowledge of paid media, with focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with the VTEX platform.
