We are eager to meet you, candidate and friend of **Polinutri**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in the separation of raw materials for production; * Perform the addition of ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients in production, guaranteeing accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure they are correctly calibrated; * Program the scale according to product specifications to ensure the expected weight; * Perform packaging stitching/sealing to ensure every bag is properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product as required to maintain a counter-sample; * Close the production run by checking the number of empty bags remaining, verify at dispatch the quantity of packed product, total produced, and amount discarded; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and batch release; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the form, guaranteeing correct handling of production waste. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school or currently enrolled; * Basic computer knowledge; * Professional or technical courses will be an advantage in hiring; * Availability to work in shifts; **Required skills:** * Agility; * Good listener; * Good communication (written and oral); * Good interpersonal relationships; * Initiative; * Proactivity; * Sense of cleanliness; * Environmental awareness **Additional information** * Unimed Health Plan for employee and dependents; * Dental Plan for employee and dependents; * Life Insurance; * On-site meals; * Food card; * Transportation allowance; * Rest room; * Product discounts; * Partnerships with colleges/universities and language schools; * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing).
