




Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating inspection activities, monitoring suppliers, and analyzing failures, acting on cost recovery and control of non-conforming products. If you are passionate about **Quality** and driven by innovation, your next step could be with us—we currently have an opening for a **Quality Coordinator** on our team! **Important:** This position requires 100% on-site work! **WeAreNeoPWT** * Execute and coordinate incoming material inspection activities from suppliers, in accordance with defined inspection criteria and plans. * Monitor the quality performance of suppliers of production inputs, analyzing indicators, conducting evaluations, and defining action and improvement plans where applicable. * Coordinate and conduct failure analyses on components, using structured methodologies to identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Issue complaint notifications to suppliers regarding non-conformities detected in components or purchased materials. * Arrange and track returns of rejected batches to suppliers, ensuring traceability and appropriate handling. * Act on cost recovery related to Quality issues attributable to purchased components, in alignment with Procurement and Finance departments. * Address and support Production department requests arising from quality issues related to purchased components. * Control and monitor non-conforming products, ensuring proper identification, segregation, disposition, and recording per internal procedures. * Coordinate calibration activities for measurement equipment, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and applicable requirements. * Perform and/or coordinate dimensional analyses on components and finished products, ensuring conformity with technical drawings and specifications. **What We Seek:** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions in the Quality field, preferably within the automotive sector. **Technical Knowledge:** Quality tools: APQP, PPAP, MASP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA / Knowledge of industrial production processes / Quality and Environmental Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) / Mechanical and electrical measuring instruments / Interpretation of technical standards and engineering drawings. **Preferred Qualifications:** Advanced English for communication with international suppliers / IATF Process Auditor / VDA Auditor.
