Job Summary: Operational Support Analyst responsible for executing and auditing operational support processes, issuing tax documents, maintaining registries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. As an **Operational Support Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Execute and audit operational support processes, including freight rate table configuration, route and checkpoint creation, load scheduling, and geofence (polygon) setup, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and internal procedures. * Issue, audit, cancel, and replace tax documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, freight letters, supplementary documents), as well as link payments via OST, ensuring compliance with tax and contractual rules. * Maintain and update system registries, covering vehicles, drivers, owners, customers, participants, and negotiating groups, to ensure integrity of operational and commercial information. * Monitor and ensure operational compliance with current regulations (ANTT, tax laws, and other applicable legislation), identifying deviations, proposing solutions, and guiding the team on proper regulatory adherence. * Manage integrations and operating systems, performing tests, validations, and data audits to maintain continuous and efficient operational flow. * Support team development by conducting training for new employees, guiding and monitoring their activities until full adaptation to processes. * Establish and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers to integrate new tools, processes, and technological solutions. * Control financial resources related to operations, including monitoring tax payment receipts and releasing freight documents, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
