Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, handling, and storing materials, performing verification, organization, picking, and delivery, as well as managing invoices and inventories. Manages invoices and conducts cyclic inventories Receives, handles, and stores materials. Receives and verifies incoming material invoices, checks quantities, descriptions, and general condition of materials and packaging; Handles dispatch and receipt, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitors loading and unloading, interprets invoices, and verifies receipts against purchase orders; Organizes material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Picks requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records outgoing materials delivered or withdrawn from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Requests purchases of spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; Conducts cyclic/rotating inventories; Proposes process improvements for the company.
