Opportunity for teamwork and continuous technical learning. **MISSION** Support UV product release processes and technical development of projects together with the laboratory and supervision, ensuring products meet quality parameters and assisting in formulation advancement with a focus on technical excellence. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Chemistry, Paints, Industrial Processes, or related fields. **Experience:** * Prior experience in a paint laboratory or quality control will be an advantage. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of UV technology and industrial paint applications; * Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets and control parameters. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Aptitude for teamwork and continuous technical learning; * Good communication and organizational skills.
