




The company is looking for a Commercial Coordinator professional in Maringá. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, monitor, and develop the commercial team, both B2B and B2C. Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of individual and collective sales targets. Plan commercial strategies for B2B and B2C channels aligned with the private-label brand positioning. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, new customers, repeat purchases, and product mix. Conduct periodic alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Support hiring and dismissals, and oversee career development plans within the department. Directly support sales representatives in negotiations, handling objections, and closing sales. Develop and optimize internal commercial processes (sales scripts, follow-ups, customer portfolio organization, CRM). Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Finance departments to align campaigns, product launches, and product availability. Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies, commissions, and sales terms. Monitor cosmetics market trends and consumer behavior to propose commercial improvements and innovations.
