Responsibilities: Deliver documents and correspondence, and assist with departmental administrative routines. * Align actions with the institution's mission, vision, and values; * Deliver documents and correspondence; * Digitize documents and send\-them to responsible personnel; * Handle telephone customer service and direct calls to respective departments; * Assist in receiving visitors arriving at the department; * Record messages and relay them to responsible personnel; * Assist the team with administrative tasks; * Provide support for other departmental routines, such as file organization, among others; * Perform other related tasks. Specific Duties (Optional): * Assist with Excel spreadsheet entries.
