Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM), ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of industrial assets through planning, scheduling, control, and analysis of maintenance activities—contributing to safety, productivity, and optimization of operational costs. * Provide technical support to maintenance teams in standardizing processes and continuously improving PCM routines. * Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring availability of resources, materials, and workforce. * Manage and optimize the use of the maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP), ensuring data quality and asset history integrity. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in planned and executed activities. * Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs and ICPOM adherence to scheduling, ICPMP adherence to maintenance plans, MTBF, MTTR, backlog, productivity, and physical availability. * Lead planning and control of major maintenance shutdowns/turnarounds, including scope definition, integrated schedules, execution strategy, resource allocation, service contracting, critical materials, and physical-financial control. * Coordinate oversight of major shutdowns, ensuring on-time, on-budget, safe, and high-quality execution—with focus on reducing asset downtime. * Conduct failure analyses and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability. * Develop, review, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for industrial assets. * Control maintenance costs and budget, seeking greater operational efficiency and reduced variances. * Manage spare parts inventory and support critical material management for maintenance and major shutdowns. * Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives using methodologies such as TPM, RCM, and Lean Maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering—or related fields. Solid experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) within an industrial environment, with a minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in maintenance management systems, preferably SAP. **Desirable Qualifications:** Experience in failure analysis and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. **Skills and Competencies:** Proficiency in maintenance management systems, preferably SAP.
