WHEN NECESSARY: Deliver meals to patients’ bedsides; distribute coffee, bread, fruits, lunch, and dinner to staff; collect and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cutlery used during meals; sanitize patient utensils and equipment; prepare salads, desserts, pre-prep vegetables and fruits, sanitize produce and fruits. Assist in assembling the distribution ramp. Assist cooks in preparations and assembly of kitchen stations. Open and close the cash register. Conduct sales. Provide customer service.
