At Nérus, you will coordinate the implementation of solutions that transform the operations of retailers and industrial companies. **What will you do here?** * Coordinate implementation projects for the **Nérus Web ERP** and **Nérus O2** products * Plan project schedules, scope, and resources * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality * Conduct kickoff, status, and closing meetings with clients * Act as the primary client contact point during implementation * Monitor project metrics (deadlines, hours, progress, and satisfaction) * Identify risks and drive action plans * Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to the implementation team * Supervise interns’ day-to-day activities within projects * Propose improvements to implementation processes and methodology **What do we expect from you?** * Experience coordinating software implementation projects * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Experience working with B2B clients * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) * Experience with project management tools (NetProject, MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) * Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Engineering, IT, or related areas **Why join Nérus?
