The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the dining area, leading the team and guaranteeing quality service, organization, and adherence to unit standards within a dynamic, high-traffic environment. Main responsibilities: - Manage dining area operations, ensuring excellence in customer service; - Organize staff schedules and supervise the team; - Conduct weekly meetings; - Monitor operational flow and floor layout allocation; - Track performance indicators (waiting time, satisfaction, and average ticket); - Manage customer conflicts and requests; - Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation standards; - Perform hands-on operational duties on a daily basis. Requirements: - Completed High School (Secondary Education); - Experience in related roles.
