Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with general construction site activities, including material transportation, organization of materials, and support to specialized professionals, while adhering to safety regulations. Requires good physical condition and experience in civil construction **Primary Objective:** Responsible for assisting with general construction site activities, including material transportation and organization, mortar and concrete preparation, site cleaning, and support to specialized professionals (masons, carpenters, steel fixers). Performs loading of supplies, assembly and disassembly of simple structures, and strictly follows occupational safety regulations. Experience on large-scale construction projects is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the construction site, cleaning areas, and soil compaction; * Assist in road signage using cones and identification signs indicating direction changes and Stop-and-Go operations; * Assist drivers of light and heavy vehicles during maneuvering; * Clean gutters manually using shovels and hoes to remove accumulated materials; perform manual weeding and excavation; * Transport materials using manual carts to designated storage locations; * Perform manual loading and unloading of various materials; * Operate a manual brush cutter occasionally; * Assist occasionally with pothole patching activities; * Carry out tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by immediate supervisor, in compliance with company procedures and safety regulations, and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards to prevent rework, accidents, and damage to components. **Mandatory Requirements (education, experience, technical skills):** Completed elementary education. Prior experience in civil construction (preferably on large-scale projects). Good physical condition for physically demanding tasks. Basic knowledge of paving tools and equipment. Commitment to safety regulations (use of PPE). Punctuality and responsibility. Ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** Meals provided at the workplace.
