Job Summary: The Financial Assistant is responsible for performing more comprehensive and complex accounts payable routines, focusing on document analysis and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth across three levels with skill development. FUNCTION: Accounts Payable MISSION: Performing slightly more comprehensive accounts payable routines. In this position, we begin developing document analysis skills to ensure accuracy and compliance of information, always under proper guidance. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Financial Assistant is responsible for performing tasks slightly more complex than those of an Assistant, such as document analysis, coordination with accounting/tax departments, and support for construction projects, thereby contributing to the efficiency and compliance of accounts payable processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyzing and posting invoices (e.g., service invoices, DANF) into the Totvs system. * Entering data into financial systems while verifying basic information (e.g., supplier registration). * Assisting in preparing payment folders. * The Financial Assistant role comprises three levels. To progress from one level to the next, factors such as discernment ability and degree of learning regarding assigned routines are evaluated. * Evaluation criteria: proactivity, accurate analytical capability, availability, communication, teamwork, and pursuit of knowledge through education/degree programs. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Other activities related to the finance department and other finance areas, such as accounts receivable and treasury, as required.
