Assist technicians in performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all factory machinery and installations, based on Maintenance Orders (MO) and technical team guidance, aiming to meet the maintenance plan, operational efficiency, and proper equipment functioning, while also helping identify failures, optimize processes, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. 02\. Assist in adjustments, disassembly, and assembly of mechanical components such as bearings, pulleys, shafts, gears, seals, and piping, according to Maintenance Orders and under technician supervision, with the goal of restoring ideal equipment operating conditions, ensuring reliability and efficiency in the production process. 03\. Lubricate mechanical components of industrial equipment, cargo and transport vehicles, according to Work Instructions (WI) and Maintenance Orders (MO), ensuring proper operation and equipment longevity, minimizing wear and preventing mechanical failures. 04\. Inspect equipment and facilities, identifying faults, leaks, and wear, reporting findings to technicians and recording observations in Maintenance Orders, aiming to eliminate anomalies and ensure adequate and safe operating conditions. 05\. Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas, following technical team instructions, to ensure compliance with internal 5S standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 06\. Record maintenance activities in the software provided by the company, including detailed notes and descriptions of completed maintenance, to maintain accurate records and generate reliable indicators for the maintenance process. 07\. Strictly observe and comply with occupational safety regulations, properly using PPE and meeting safety requirements, to ensure both individual and collective health and safety, promoting a safe workplace and preventing accidents, according to company guidelines. 08\. Collaborate with the maintenance planning team, verifying necessary parts, materials, and tools for maintenance tasks, ensuring resource availability and enabling efficient execution of scheduled activities, contributing to meeting deadlines and maintaining operational continuity. 09\. Act in accordance with internal procedures (SOPs, WIs, manuals, policies), ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality task execution per company guidelines. Actively participate in training, continuous improvement processes, and meetings regarding management systems, while strictly complying with occupational safety regulations and the code of conduct, aiming to ensure process credibility, promote employee health and safety, and guarantee excellence in results. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical education (Mechanical or electromechanical) Previous experience of 6 months in mechanical or electromechanical maintenance-related activities is desirable. Basic knowledge of mechanics and use of tools and measuring instruments. Basic understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures. Operate and master equipment, understanding stages and processes, continuously monitoring all systems and reporting any irregularities or non-conformities to the Supervisor, either through field monitoring or supervisory systems, aiming to ensure proper equipment operation and continuous supply of steam, cold water, compressed air, water, treated effluent, and reuse for the factory, as well as preventing unexpected failures and ensuring operational efficiency. 02\. Perform basic laboratory analyses (conductivity, pH, temperature) to control various parameters in ETE, ETA, boiler, chilled water, and cooling towers sectors, using appropriate analytical equipment, in order to monitor processes and ensure proper equipment operation. 03\. Unload, store, supply, and monitor fuel and raw material levels through daily inspections, ensuring continuous supply, material integrity, and prevention of process failures, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, aiming for operational efficiency and continuity of operations. 04\. Prepare chemical product solutions according to supplier and technical supervisor instructions, ensuring maintenance of appropriate operating parameters for equipment and processes, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards. 05\. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation of equipment and work environments, performing minor maintenance and painting tasks as instructed, in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment and ensure continuous equipment performance and efficiency. 06\. Know startup and shutdown procedures and operate ETA, ETE, compressed air, refrigeration, reuse/reverse osmosis, boiler, and condensate return sectors, monitoring equipment in the field and/or supervisory systems, aiming to ensure proper system operation and continuous supply of steam, cold water, compressed air, water, treated effluent, and reuse for the factory, as well as prevent unexpected failures and ensure operational efficiency. 07\.
