Job Summary: Responsible for optimizing and implementing improvements in packaging production processes, managing specifications, and leading packaging development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Project leadership and stakeholder engagement **Your mission will be:** ---------------------- Responsible for evaluating process data, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements in packaging production processes to: reduce process losses, decrease the number of deviations, increase process robustness and reliability; reduce industrial, regulatory, and recall risks. Support maintenance of Product Control Strategies (CSS) and propose studies to support robustness of critical process parameters and critical material attributes. Develop interdisciplinary relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a member or leader of projects and initiatives aimed at improving performance, increasing customer service levels, and reducing industrial and innovation costs related to packaging material technologies, collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Engineering, GI (Global Innovation), and GMSAT (Global MSAT Team). Responsible for managing site-level packaging material specifications. Responsible for packaging development projects. Development and implementation of packaging for NPD (New Product Development) projects and alternative suppliers. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Support new product development and recommend technical packaging options during product development phases, supporting manufacturing processes. * Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in packaging processes to: reduce process losses, decrease the number of deviations, increase process robustness and reliability; reduce industrial, regulatory, and recall risks. * Responsible for technical evaluation and validation strategies for packaging material and supplier change projects. * Responsible for problem resolution and proactive support in executing experimental projects to identify risks and improve current process robustness or productivity. Respond to regulatory audits such as MAPA, FDA, ANSES. * **What do you need to fulfill your mission?** **Requirements:** * Experience with primary and secondary packaging. * Experience with aseptic production processes and injectable products. * Academic background: Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred). * **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Industrial Process Management, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or Project Management.
