(WordPress/WooCommerce) Intermediate PHP Developer and Systems Analyst. Level and Profile: This is an intermediate-level position aimed at a professional with strong PHP development skills and practical experience in WordPress/WooCommerce. The candidate will be responsible for handling development tasks, maintaining existing systems, and providing frontline internal support. Job Mission: Act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring systems operate smoothly, developing new features, and providing consultative technical support to optimize company processes. Key Responsibilities: PHP Development: Develop, customize, and maintain plugins and themes for WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as create integrations with other systems via API. E-commerce Management: Administer the WooCommerce platform, ensuring performance and security, and implementing continuous improvements. Systems Support: Provide support and maintenance for business systems, including WordPress, NocoDB, NocoBase, and legacy systems using Firebird and Postgres databases. User Support: Serve as the technical reference for the team in using the collaboration platform (Nextcloud, ONLYOFFICE, etc.), offering support and training. Automation and Integrations: Create scripts and automations to optimize operational routines and maintain integration between internal systems (e.g., Nextcloud and Moodle). Strategic Help Desk: Provide technical support focused on analyzing root causes of issues, proposing improvements in processes, documentation, or the systems themselves. Essential Requirements: Solid experience in PHP development. Proven experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development (creation/maintenance of themes and plugins). Knowledge of databases and SQL language (Postgres and/or Firebird). Clear and effective communication skills to interact with users of varying technical levels. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of automation and scripting (Shell, Python). Experience with other platforms such as NocoDB, NocoBase, or Moodle. Familiarity with the Nextcloud environment.
