Job Summary: Mills is seeking a professional to manage equipment delivery schedules, ensure proper machine preparation, monitor fleet control, and collaborate with other support departments. Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor equipment, implement, and support structure delivery schedules; Ensure proper machine preparation for mobilization at customer sites; Monitor billing status of machines (yard and dealerships) and used equipment; Prepare and guarantee availability of items required for mobilization (stickers, safety items, application locations, and storage); Maintain strategic stock of items used in the mobilization process, coordinating with the warehouse regarding necessary adjustments; Collaborate with other support departments to direct critical demands related to contract initiation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of heavy fleet (Yellow Line); Experience with SAP ECC; Experience in fleet inventory; Residence in Assis/SP; Organizational skills and attention to detail, strong communication, proactivity, ability to work with systems, and commitment to deadlines. **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal and/or Food Allowance; Mobility Assistance or Commuter Pass; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; Dr. Alper; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; PLR — Profit and Results Sharing.
